Frequently Asked Questions

1. What accounts can be used?
Any valid U.S. personal account or any business check showing a dba on the check. Invalid accounts are corporate accounts, government accounts, credit card checks, and temporary account checks.

2. What is the maximum amount I can in-house finance with a guarantee?
Depending on the program, it will be either be a total of $5,000.00 or $2,500.00 per check.

3. How long does it take before I get an approval code?
You can expect an approval code response in about 4 - 5 seconds via your Internet connection.

4. How long before the funds are deposited into my account?
Funds will be deposited in your business bank account within 1 to 3 business days after the post date.

5. What if a check is declined?
The check can be declined for several different reasons. Usually it is due to a person having a bad check writing history. We do not accept declined checks.

6. What happens if a check bounces?
If the application is "Guaranteed" it will be paid on the 10th and 25th of each month, whichever comes first.

7. Can I view my statements online?
Yes, you can view statements online in real-time.

8. What if a customer wants to pay off their debt early?
Transactions can be voided out online or you can call customer service to void the sale. Customers must make satisfactory arrangements with merchant in order to opt out.
